We are now on EHP6, ECC 6.0 and Portal v7.3. We have implemented PD (Qualification Catalog, Performance Appraisal System) and yet to implement career & succession planning. Please help me with the configuration setting to be made for Career and Succession Planning.
1) Please help me with the basic or standards settings and services which are available in ESS/MSS for the above related. I only identified Skill Profile and Profile matchup still anything more let me know. Also, please help how authorizations can be given in ESS/MSS to restrict the employee to view only his own org unit and Managers should have access to see his and other different departments employees.
2) We have a requirement for the Org. Structure Chart Color Code. To have different colors for different Org. Units, Identifying contract, Full time employees, part-time employees with colors will standard SAP support with color code in portal. If not, please suggest the best solution for fulfilling this requirement.
