quary regarding production confirmation

hello sap gurus,

my user done a mistake i will tell u what

we are having a product called stirup head my user done a production of 1491 qty but at the time of confirmation he confirmed 491 qty but when he was doin inspection lot and usage decision he did of 1491 qty

nd now its showing 491 qty in unrestricted nd hes not getting another 1000 qty

can u guys tell me from where i can trace those

please revert me back

Dear,

Please first check the confirmation in CO14 also check the delivered quantity in CO03.

In standard SAP it is not possible to do the confirmation of let say 491 and UD of 1491 quantity.

It may be the case user has only confirmed 491 quantity or might be he had done confirmation of 1491 quantity and done reversal of 1000 quantity. Kindly cross check the same.
