Data Insight cannot add SAP BW table

Hello experts,

I'm new to Information Steward. I try to add table from SAP BW for Data Quality Scorecard but we are getting error "RFC Call Receive error". I've defined the connection in CMC and the connection tested successfully in Information Steward.

So what else I need to set up? Or how do I troubleshoot this issue? Any recommendation please. Thanks in advance.
