Hi everybody.
We are using SAP SM 7.1 SP5.
When the processor of the incident is changed the field "Support team" is not updated with correct team. Does anybody know how to solve it?
I'd like to update this topic.
This problem was resolved by SAP Note 1819615 - Relationship between support team and processor incorrect.

Set the parameter IM_SUPP_TEAM_DISABLE with empty value in table AGS_WORK_CUSTOM
and check the system behaviour

As you see from my entry of Jan 23, I had problems getting it working correctly for us, also. What I did notice eventually, was that it was our modifications to the interface that caused the issues. When I compared the partner fields in our configuration with standard, I saw some deviations - and when I set our fields identically to standard it immediately started working.
Have you done any changes/modifications to the UI?
