How to create a returns process?

Hey Community,

I am searching for the function to create a returns process. I have several orders and until then the whole process was transparent but I am stuck now. The help page recommends to create returns on the sales orders work center but if I click on "new" I just get "task, notification, alert, etc" Could you please help?Thanks.
