Error on 'Java scheduler' page (NWA)

Hello Experts,

I have following problem:

I created a new job. This works perfectly if I am working on one server (SAP NW 7.11 SP1 was upgraded to SP 10) but when I try on another server

(SAP NW 7.11 SP4 was upgraded to SP 10) it does not work.

When I click  'Java Scheduler' page  I am getting  error: "Proxy cannot be initialized". (there are the same error in all tabs (Jobs, Tasks, Job Definitions ...).

Java scheduler subsystem is unavailable.

There are no(!) any error messages in logs

Steps to reproduce this error  (SAP NW 7.11 SP1 was upgraded to SP 10) :

1. Logon to Sap NetWeaver Administrator

2. Go to Operation Management -> Jobs -> Java Scheduler

Can you please let me know what can be the issue.

Hi Vadim,

Hope you are doing good. We have seen such issues when the engine is in SAFE mode. please check this.

Navigate to config tool-> click on SAFE mode and set it to "NO". After this SAVE->APPLY and then do a complete cluster restart .

If the issue still persists, kindly run the web diag tool as outlined in SAP Note No. 1332726-Troubleshooting Wizard SAP AS Java 7.20 and above with incident "General Security" and reproduce the issue. You will get more info on the error. Make sure that you do logon to server node 0 when doing this: Note 1589567 - How to login to a specific J2EE engine server node
