EPM BPF error (Return to Activity Workspace)

Hi Gurus,

When clicking the button ,  I come across with the following error.

What do you think is the source of the error and any idea on what to do to resolve this issue? Do you guys experience the same error?

BTW, we are using:

SAP PLANNING AND CONSOLIDATION
VERSION 10.0

SAP BusinessObjects EPM solutions, add-in for MS Office
VERSION 10.0 SP 12 Patch 7 .NET 3.5
BUILD: 8151

Hi Yajepe,

Could you please check the following 2 SAP Note's? They may resolve your issue.

1. SAP Note 1788114 - Microsoft .Net Framework Error when clicking "Return to Activity Workspace Instance" button in EPM Add-in

2. SAP Note 1700678 - EPM add-in 10: Error when launching Journals from the add-in: UJX_ERROR_013

OR Else,

You may try installing Microsoft .Net Framework 4 and check if it works.
