How to add sales employee in BP master data

I want to add sales employee in bp master data, i am posting sreenshot.

When we go to sales employee in bp master data, it gives drop down,

my concern is , can i update sales employee by dtw, or i need to update it one by one manually?

if i can update it with dtw, then which field of ocrd i need to use from template??????????????????????
