How to make crm ui language independent?

Like for Example how we make the Lables and Button text as language independent by creating OTR, how to make the Data coming into the CRM WEB UI PAGE as language independent ?

Please give clear requirement. This thing is ok that for button text, we can maintain texts in online text repository ..

but ,i dint get your question "how to make the data coming into the crm web ui page as language independent"?Please elaborate.
