SSL not working in EP.

Dear All,

We are trying to configure SSL environment for our EP server.(SAP Net Weaver 7.0 EHP1)
I have configured SSL parameter on server with help from below sap
article.

now I am not able to browse EP on https, it’s give message page can’t
display.
But I am able to access Visual Admin On SSL port (50006)
Kindly advice how to resolve this
