error on router startup

Dear Team,

We installed router in SOLMAN in linux environment with db2

we getting error hen we start router

command line arg 3: /usr/sap/saprouter/saprouttab

main: pid = 28322, ppid = 28317, port = 3299, parent port = 0 (0 = parent is not a saprouter)
