Mail triggering for Approvals in RFC

Hi,

In request for change I enter the Approval Procedure & enter business partner number for each approval step. And release it for Approval.

I can see the mails are triggered in my SAP Business workplace Inbox. But I need to trigger these mails in Microsoft outlook, how to do this.
