LSO WBT Course Followup

Dear Experts,

Trainer knows who passed and failed as he conducts the course. So the follow up process can be done as per his commnet.

But for a Web Based Training, how a Course Admin knows, whether the learner passed the course or not. Blindly mark all as passed?
