Solution Manager 7.2 - Missing Graphs in EWA Report

Hello everyone,

we are running Solution Manager 7.2 SP3. We have generated several ewa reports for all of our systems. However, even if the data collected are right, graphs are not displayed and all the data is presented in table form as you can see on attached image (there used to be a graph on ewa from our Solman 7.1).

    • Hi,

      Do you mean following?

      1. Have system fully configured in Managed System Configuration
      2. in TCODE SOLMAN_SETUP >> Application Operations >> EarlyWatch Alert Management
      3. Go through guided procedure (1. Select system, 2. Activate EWA, 5. maintain recipients)

    Hello Jan,

    Graphs are available in your EWA report only if IGS is working fine. You may login into Solution Manager and enter T-Code RSRT and click on "IGS Test". You will be getting a sample graph as an output. If the IGS is not working, ask the Basis Team to check if IGS is installed and is running fine.

    You may also check using the report GRAPHICS_IGS_ADMIN. This report will use the TCP/IP RFC IGS_RFC_DEST, and will show graphs as output if the IGS is working fine.
