Stock to get Replenished

Hello Folks,

I have a confusion on Stock Replenished quantity control.

Material XX is in Fixed Bin AX - 04- 04

Suppose Max Qty :10 , Min Qty : 4 , Replenishment Qty : 3

Current Bin AX- 04- 04 holds stock = 3 ,so now the Bin AX-04-04 should replenished by 3 qty.

when i run the LP21 the Replenished requested quantity by system = 7 qty

But according to setting the replensihed requested qty should be : 3

Awaiting for suggestion.
