How to identify that shopping cart is ready for sourcing

Hi,

I am new to SRM. I have a requirement where i need to identify that cart is in buyers queue.I need to identify that cart is in buyers queue for sourcing.

I need not identify who is the buyer but i have to determine the status of the cart.

In bbp_pd i didnt get any information on this.

Please help.
