Production version display in QA32

Hi,

Please let me know how to get Production version display in QA32, i have added in standard layout, but those columns are blank.

Hi Saravanan,

I checked this in our landscape and for us also the Production Version is not appearing in QA32 transaction. I found this SAP Note 1676923 which states that this field would only be populated for Inspection Lots of type "13" created through transaction MFPR.

Also there is a suggestion to get this filled automatically through User Exit QPL10001. Kindly go through the SAP Note in detail before deciding to implement this as there seems to be a possibility of inconsistency with Inventory Management if this is implemented.

One more Suggestion Would be to Create a Custom Query through TCODE- SQVI between the tables QALS and AFPO with the Order number as the Key Link. Kindly reward points if you find this useful

Hi

Add production version by using change layout option, if that column is blank please check the same by using transaction C223 & also check Insp lot start date + Valid from date of Prod version.

everything has been maintained, i can able to see the Production version in master recipe header.

now we have created one more fresh order and maintained all required details. but in QA32 PV column is still blank, please suggest.

Please check whether prod version is assigned to prod/process order & check insp type 04 is active or not.
