Problem in VL01N (Delivery qty)

Dear All,

In material master "MRP3" :- Availibility check is '01' (Daily requirements).Now despite stock is available in the sales order while creating DI (VL01N) it is showing only 0.00 m stock is available. Error message class : VL and number 150.

This is normal sales process.

From where this 0.00 is coming? Stock is in sales order + batch.( Checked via MMBE ).

Hi,

   try to process it with Availability check-02

Also check what is the Requirement Type that is Displayed in the Sale order---procurement tab

The Requirement type need to be - 011

Hi Siva,

Thanks for your prompt reply.

We had availability check as '02' but now it has been changed to '01' so that quantity is confirmed while creating the order and not based on stock available for the order.For most of the cases it is working fine but for some orders this error is coming.We have customized requirement type.

Check T-code MD04 or Co09 how much Stock is avaiable

I think stock is showing in MMBE is already assigned to few Sale orders / Deliveries

Hi,

  it also depends on your matetial master settings like MRP type and Strategy group.

if Requirement type is - 011 it will work i suppose.

Checked the stock is not assigned to any Deliveries.

Requirement type cannot be changed. Any other inputs will be helpful.

Hi SD,

Problem got resolved by creating a new order.But still could not figure out the reason for 1st order was not allowed. Couldn't post MD04 screen shot as new order was created and dispatch was made for the stock against that.
