DASH ERROR

HEY,

when am trying to put url ""http://IP:PORT/dswsbobje/services/Session in " live office" to upload it on the server to convert crystal report to dashboard ,could not connect although i have upload crystal report on the server, note : bo-server is connected directly to data base,

is there any setting done else than URL
