Datasource on T.code VK13

Hello,

Can anyone please let me know how Vk13 works, I am saving entries in VK11, I can see the same in VK13 but I am not able to see the same in any tables. where exactly these entries will be saved.

please let me know where exactly the entires are saved.

I have already checked KONP, KONV and A*** tables, didnt found useful.

I need to create a datasource on below fields.

KOMG – PLTYP – price List

KOMG-WAERK – Document Currency

KOMG-MATNR - Material

RV130-DATAM – Valid on

KONP-KBETR – Amount

KONP-KONWA – Unit

KONP-KPEIN -Condition pricing unit

KONP-KMEIN -Condition unit

RV13A-KRECH - Calculation type for condition

RV13A-DATAB- Validity start date of the condition record

RV13A-DATBI- Validity end date of the condition record

I cannot see my records in KONP Table and KOMG is structer.

Hi Rakesh,

Follow the below steps you will be able to get the underlying base tables used in the VK13 tcode.

- swithc on the SQL trace

- now run the Tcode VK13

- enter condition type -- sales document n item - F8

-  now deactivate the trace

- display the trace

- in the trace from menu Trace list --> select "combined Table access"

- set filter on the tables and you will be able to get the tables used in that Tcode.

In your case check the tables

A510 and KONP

Based on the tables you can find the data source easily...
