PL Stock in transfer exceeded by 3 PCS-Message no. M7022

Hi Expert,

I have been getting the error 'PL Stock in transfer exceeded by 3 PCS-Message no. M7022' , which looks normal error but actuaaly this is not the case. I searched in the forum but i did not get any answers which is helpful in this case. however i had already locked this issue but somehow that thread done locked. No way again i am elaborating the issue-

In our case material is being transferred in two step 303, 305 with use and interface of BAPI and IDOC. Through BAPI , goods issue is done for mov type 303.

and thus stock comes in transit. But when it is confirmed at receiving site , a idoc is triggered which is throwing the error.."PL Stock in transfer exceeded by 3 PCS-Message no. M7022". When i did analysis, i found that material document for 303 is created but there is no entry in stock in transit at receiving site in MB52 or MMBE or MARC-UMLMC.

This error must not occur. Could you let know as i already told that i did not find this type issue in thread.
