I am looking into Enterprise learning and wanted to know the following:

Where does the configuration of authoring environment take place! What do we need to install!

Can we install it on our PC/Laptop! Do we need any Basis assistance!

Any links please from SDN or Service marketplace !

You have to install authoring environment in your PC/Laptop ,contact your basis administrator to down load authoring environment , settings for content player URL and down load offline player..
