BCB connection on CRM SI add-on

Hi,

we use GENSYS g+ adaptor on NT, connects to BCB on IC Web client.

I am going to apply CRM 4.0 SI-add on to my SP06, then upgrade to SP09 (with add-on sp03). I was told BCB can connect to WAS ABAP once I install SI-add on.

I looked every where for documentation to configure BCB connection to WAS ABAP but in vain.

Is BCB part of WAS once I install SI add-on ? How do I do configuration ? Please help. Thank you in advance.

Hi,

We are trying to configure BCB connection with out using J2EE. We are stuck in creating the RFC destination in SM59 with out using J2EE (what to use in PathPrefix and Security Options).

Can any body provide the process of creating the same please.

Hello Rosita,

After you install CRM 4.0 SI-add on ,you need to

register RFC Destination that points to G plus Adapter

(Rfc connection type G).

And you need to map Communication Management Software System ID and RFC Destination that point to G plus Adapter using Transaction Code CRMM_BCB_ADM.

This Transaction Code will be registered After you'll install CRM 4.0 SI-add on.
