Getting message "Weight not calculated correctly because handling unit has changed" when filling setup tables for Shipment

When I do setup fill for Shipment via VTBW, I am getting the below message after setup is complete

"Weight not calculated correctly because handling unit has changed"

I checked SAP note 674750 which talks about implementing corrections from Notes 645312 and 680061 but all these notes are from 2003. Has somebody faced this kind of problem recently and know what can be done to fix it.
