I am running MRP through MD02 by selecting the Lead time scheduling, but it is not calculating the routing values of Setup time and machine time and labor time. It is simply giving the date same as Basic date scheduling.

We have following settings :

1. Work center Capacity tab has been defined with proper data lilke Standard value parameter, formulas, Scheduling formulas in Scheduling tab.

2. Work center Capacity Tab also assigned with start time, end time, no of individual, efficiency and fine scheduling activated.

3. MRP control parameters also maintained as shown below screen shot:

Please help in resolving this issue.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Run the MD02 with Planning mode 3 (Delete and recreate planning data) and see the effects in MD04.

Please check and reply.

Hello Rajender,

Please check the OPU3 settings in SPRO.

Also check whether the work centers are relevant to finite scheduling ?

Please run the MRP with the processing key sequence as shown in the above screen shots.

Also check the controlling keys in the Routing/Rate routings.

Please revert if you still face any issue after all these settings.

Hi Raj,

Please check your Scheduling View in Work Center

whether you have maintain formula for Setup , Processing etc.

If you do not maintain then system will not calculate the capacity.

Please check & revert back.

Thanks,

Raj,

The OPU5 settings are reasonable.  However, your settings indicate that the basic dates will always be altered so as to be the same as the scheduled dates. I will assume that this is acceptable.

FYI, as mentioned by expert Sandeep, at some point after you have solved your Planned order problem, you will also want to check the settings in OPU3.  In this way, when you eventually create a Production order, your Production orders will also schedule according to your business requirements.

Since your description of the Work Center settings sound OK, the next thing to check is your routing.

In MD04, select one of the newly created planned orders, and then display it.  First, look at 'production dates'.  Are there any dates here?   Now, go to the Master Data tab, double click on the Routing number there ("Group" under Detailed Scheduling).  Please post a screen shot of the operations.
