There are no Customizing settings for ongoing requests for employee

Hi,

We have moved all the configurations to Prod after thoroughly testing in QA environment. However, when I check the MSS Home Page from portal, I get the below error:

There are no Customizing settings for ongoing requests for employee <emp no>.

Can you please let me know what am I missing here.

Hi Balajii!

Changing in ECC, you can move from QAS to PRD through TRs ( transport request). However any changing on Web, you have to configure MANUALLY Please request Basic consultant supports you on that case

Thanks for your reply.

All the TRs were moved to PRD successfully. Only after the transport to PROD, we are facing this issue. In QA it's working completely fine. Not sure why this is happening in PRD. If there are any leave requests/quotas that are already created before the migration in PRD, will this be an issue?

Have u check configuration on web? on web you have to configure MANUALLY, so in PRD you have done all steps as same as on QAS

Hi Woody,

What configurations do I have to check on web? I checked the iview configuration and everything is similar to the one in QA system. I have cross checked all the TRs and all are moved properly, sill I am getting the same issue.

Hi Balajii,

Good you were able to resolve your problem.  I am having the same issue and would like to know what you meant by "the issue is with WEBMO feature.  What was wrong with your WEBMO feature?

Hi Pascal,

In case if you are still looking for the response, my webmo feature was not moved to the Production properly and was not active. After transporting and activating everything worked well.

Hi Balaji,

I am facing the same issue ' there are no customizing settings for ongoing requests for employee'  message is HRTIM_ABS_REQ 086 when manager see the leave request details of employee in MSS team calendar.  Could you please let me know how you have resolved this issue.

HI,

All I am receiving the same error. we just did an HR upgrade and now we have the problem. I check WEBMO and every thing looks to be good.

Any other suggestions?
