GRC 10: Variable and Templates ???

Hi All,

I have a business requirement where, all the roles mentioned in a request should be shown in the mail of the approver. I had used default variable "PROVISIONING_WITHOUT_PASSWORD"

However, when email notification is sent to the approver, it says :

No Provisioning log available!

How can I display all the line items in the mail? What is that variable? Please help.

Also, I saw that I can add the notification variables in step#4 of MSMP configuration. But what information it will fetch and from where?
