Pros and Cons of having separate Chart of Accounts for each Company code

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me what are the pros and cons of having seprate chart of accounts for each Company code. I would like to know if there is any impact if I have two operating chart of accounts in the same client for two company codes?

Thanks Javeed Shaik.Apart from consolidation, do you foresee any other issue?

With regard to the above, if I have one group chart of accounts, I can refer the same in each of my Operating chart of accounts and so can you please explain how this will impact the GL account mapping. And also what type of impact you foresee for currency. For instance, if I use INR  currency for both of my operating chart of account and would like to use USD for group.
