Service contract determination in Sales order

Hi experts

Need your inputs.

I want to determine the service contract in service order, did the relevant settings in Transaction Type with Contract determination indicator' E' and settings at Item category.

The contract is not getting determined in the Service order. I think I may be missing something in Item category customizing , could you please help me with the details.
