PR approver name

Hi,

We have an issue where the PR approver name came from interface wrongly and the work item was also sent to the wrong approver.

However the intended/correct approver only approve the PR manually. But still the header release strategy shows the wrong approver only .

When we check the item level changes , the release is done by the actual intended approver.

Can you please let me know if this is the standard functionality?

PO is already created for this PR and the wrong approver name also cannot be rectified.

  I think Please check OLME-->purchaseing-->pur.req-->release procedure-->Procedure with Classification-->Set Up Procedure with Classification-->work flow.

in work flow are you maintain wrong agent id may be please check.

Normally, there is a code for approval, a description for this code. both which yu can see in the PR. This code is assigned to the intended person thru authorization. If i understand you correctly, it is probably the dscription is maintained wrong compared to who is the original approver.

Hi Ajit,

Both the wrong approver and intended approver have authirization to approve PR's for same release code

Basis folks can remove the authorization for the release code from  those, it is not intended to.
