Dear Experts,

I have an invoice in ODS that was loaded may be 2 months back. But I don't know when it was loaded. How can know track it back. I have the PSA data. But its a lot of work searching all that.

My question finally is

How can I find when a record was loaded to an ODS?

Even PSA request would be very helpful.

Is there any place where I can get that?

Hi Visu,

As you mentioned that you have the PSA data, you can look into the PSA table in SE16. It would be easier to search that instead of each PSA. Hope this helps...

Hi Visu,

You can find out the name of the PSA table in 2 ways:

1. Your data target > right click > show data flow> turn on the technical names and you can see the name of the table like /BIC/B0001500...if you do not want to count the zeros, then you can do -

2. SE16 > F4 > Infomation System > in the description type in <i>datasource</i>. This is case sensitive. You should get a table called like Transfer Structure Application XXYYZZ. This would be the PSA table.

It is of the format /BIC/B000...

If you would like to know which DB table is associated with particular InfoSource search table RSTSODS entering in field ODSNAME your InfoSource name with asterisk.
