Chinese Translation in Personalize role..

Hi All,

When user is trying to change his/her language to chinese its not getting translated in drop down list of the Personalize role .Rest of the languages are getting translated . But only the chinese language is not getting translated.

If we change the language to chinese , in the dropdwon list of languages they are not displaying chinese languages. Normal portal content is getting translated to chinese. Please provide me some inputs on the above issue.
