F-02 Screen Variant

Dear All

when i try to create screen variant for transaction code f-02 from transaction code shd0 to hid park function in this transaction the system raise error

message 

Variants are possible only for dialog transactions.

Message no. MS417

Diagnosis

You cannot create variants for variant or parameter transactions.

Procedure

Variant transaction:   Adjust the variant

Parameter transaction: Adjust the parameter(s)

So please help me to make the adjustment

you can check this functionality with Basis. You can also try FB01 in SHD0.

Hi Sam,

Transaction variants only work for Dialog transactions like KS01 or FV60 etc.. I was having the same problem for creating KE51 and achieved by using profit centre master data maintenance transaction (KEMDM). You may need to find out the transaction for GL account posting(F-02) master data transaction (?) and do the SHD0..
