Label stock in GLM

Hello Experts,

I found in forums, we can add label data (Label description...) for a material via the following SPRO path:

SAP Customizing Implementation Guide --> Environment, Health and Safety

--> Product Safety-->lobal Label Management-->Label Stocks--> Edit

But, our system (SAP ECC 6.0) no such option in SPRO. What I do? Please advise me.
