SDM Login problem

Hi all,

I am unable to login into the SDM of my Portal server. Our Portal server is based on Oracle DB and the platform is windows. the support pack level is SP12.

The SDM server doesnt accept the password and rejects the logon each time. is there a way by which i can reset the password of SDM offline,or just uninstall it and reinstall it without uninstalling the EP system.
