FBCJ - Change Text

Dear all

when i saved not posted  line item in FBCJ the text field can't be changed so please give me the solution to enable this field to be changed

Normally the filed which you are referring is editable after saving the document also.

may be authorisation groups are using in your organisation which restricts certail activities.

please check FBCJC0 transaction.

Hi,

When you save a transaction in cash journal it is always editable.apart from posting date, amout and business transaction you can change every field.

It is not possible to change the text once it is posted in cash journal , if you wanna change the line item for the GL account level you can use the FBL3N and select the expense line item to edit the text. Otherwise you can reverse the posted item and post again is the only option to achieve this. Once the print out has been taken it is not possible to reverse.
