SAP Router renewal

I have tried to renew SAP Router twice but both trials fail. I follow the following link to renew sap router.

In the first trial, I have set a password when generating local.pse in beginning.

After completing the SAP router renewal, the Connection test of SAP-OSS in solution manager show the following error message:

In the second trial, I do not set a password when generating local.pse in beginning.

The error messages of connection test of SAP-OSS:

Is the error related to the incorrect password of the local.pse?

How can I store the password of the local.pse in solution manager?
