SAP Passport (single sign on) for multiple S users

Former Member

Hi,

I am supporting for multiple customers and every time i have to login with different S-users to the market place. So i just started using the single sign on(SAP Passport) method instead of providing log in credentials each time. But here disadvantage is it shows only S users list while login to market place, So from this list its very difficult to identify which is the right id for the customer. So is there any option where i can maintain some description along with S-id for easy identification. Also i would like to know max limit of SSO(SAP passport).

Thanks in advance,

Regards,

Suresh Babu

Thank you Kishore,

I followed the steps above, but still i am not getting the name while login to market place. i am getting only the columns Name(Suser), Issuer(SAP Passport CA), but no where i am able to see the description of customer which i updated in friendly name.

Please suggest if any other settings to be changed.

Thanks & Regards,

Hi Suresh,

Especially for you i tested twice in Windows 7 Home Basic & windows 7 Professional.

Earlier i mentioned the Steps for Windows 7 Home Basic, for windows 7 Professional there is little change.

I Prepared and attached Step By step Doc for you. The attached doc is tested on windows 7 Professional.

> Download the attachment, please extract the file and change extension to Docx.

Thanks:

Hi Kishore, i am really appreciate your efforts. Actually i was trying this on Windows XP (IE 😎 and still i am facing the same issue.

But i have tried it on another system where i have windows 7 and found working perfect.

Not sure whether problem is with my OS or any specific procedure need to follow for XP.

Thanks a lot for your quick response on this.
