I have a client who's OILM table is 40gb. It does have transactions from 3 years in it, and I'm wondering is there a way to clean it up, or at least remove data that's no longer being used in it?
in 8.81 introduce archive wizard.
in 8.82 has a data clean up wizard.
Both should be found in the utilities of the B1 user interface.
Not sure if it will help clean that table.
Also you can re-index the database but that is risky.
On the SQL Server side it is not really best practice but you can compress the database and see if that helps.

Hi Barran,
OILM table is using basically for Inventory Logs so every log related to every inventory transaction is maintaining in this table. So you cannot remove or clean data from this table. There is recommended way is data archiving by SAP or else SAP data consistency will lost and you will face issues while using application.
