babu.
hi babu,
its not easy to which caused to this.
plz.. check each and every job log, see which is taking more time and how many records are.
lots points need to consider in load performance issue.
1. Application servers busy
2. While pulling data from R/3, Queue may be hung at SM58
3. Before loading into Cube need to drop indexes
4. Data volume may be huge day by day
5. if your using DSO, DSO settings

Hi Babu,
Your question is not clear. Please be more specific. I would like to see your question as which process took more time whether it's DTP load or infopackage or activation.
By being specific will let the forum members to give an idea on the issue instead of jotting down all the guesses I believe.
Please check for that, analyze it and come back and post your issues.

check the number of records got loaded in different targets. Data volume may be an issue if it has increased significantly in last couple of weeks.
If that is the case, then analyze your data model for scope of optimization e.g. Delta loads instead of Full, psuedo deltas, optimize the code if you have routines in transformation, try to do parallel loads, activation etc.

Hi Babu,
Please check which step in the process chain is taking time . Please check run time of each process step and let us know which step is taking more time and also see if there is any increase in number of records
