Multiple Delta Initializations from one ODS

Here is our situation. We are currently in the Process of constructing an Enterprise Data Warehouse in BW. What we are currently trying to do is to take data from R/3, move it to a single ODS and then use that ODS to update and maintain multiple datasources. However to do this we have to figure out a way to set up multiple Delta loads for that ODS (one for each datasource that the ODS feeds). Does anyone know of a way to set this up?
