I see the following error in the AddressCleanse transform real time job log:
DPV ERROR - DPV is currently locked. Contact Business Objects Customer Support for assistance in unlocking DPV..
Does anyone know what would cause this error all of a sudden and how to find the cause of it?
Maybe I need to contact SAP to get the unlock code but just want to know the cause.

Hi Sam,
The cause of the error/lock is a false positive record in your input data. The USPS seeds the DPV directories with false positive records for security reasons. You need to follow the steps in the following KBA to unlock DPV: https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1251525
Once you unlock DPV, make sure you remove the offending record from your input data.
