Characteristic Value Assignment Screen

Hi All,

I am trying to create a new service order using the Function Module ISU_CREATE_ORDER and order code is custom.

It opens a new screen ' Characteristic value assignment' which I have attached with the post. On clicking on the error message, it says 'The order was just created. Displaying it is therefore not possible'.

When i click on back on this screen, it displays the order that has been created. I do not want this screen to open. I want to display the order directly.

Can someone please help.

One simple check. Do you get same screen with error when you create new order with tcode iw31.

Simply creating order and try to open is change mode.

No we do not get this screen when we create an order using IW31 and open the same in change mode.

Ok. As per screen shot provided by you.. system is checking Characteristic value for Characteristic workcenter. Go to same characteristic (Tcode CT04) and assign value and try creating order with FM.

Done that. Gave a value in CT04 to the characteristic and executed but it goes to the same screen again and displays the value of the characteristic also.

When I change the status of the configuration profile in CU42 to anything except released , it works correctly but the status of the configuration profile should be released.
