Create Assessments error in CBIH02

Hi Gurus,

I tried to "Create Assessments" for an agent in the Exposure Profile of my Work Area (T-Code CBIH02), but when choose the button system returns me the following error message:

Check Customizing for user exit: Category ERH_CREATE name ERH_CREATE

Message no. C$184

Diagnosis

Customizing is incomplete or does not exist for the user exit category ERH_CREATE with the user exit name ERH_CREATE.

Procedure

Check in the IMG activity Manage User Exits

• Whether there is an entry for the user exit specified

• Whether the function module for the user exit is active in the system

I checked in SPRO the following path Environment, Health & Safety> Basic Data and Tools> Basic Settings> Manage User Exits and the record with ERH_CREATE does not exist effectively.

What is the record must be maintained? I've already checked the USEXTYP match code but I can't see any ERH_CREATE.

Notes

The user exits are documented via their reference function modules.

The user exits for searching for report shipping orders for objects in Indusrial Hygiene and Safety have the user exit category SRS_QUERY and a user exit name SRS* (such as, SRS_WKA).

For the checks in the user exit categories IHS_IALCHK and IAL_TYPCHK to run in incident/accident management, you must remove the comment from the source texts of the reference function modules.

To be able to use the Assignment of Source Objects to Risk Assessments, you must edit all three user exits (ERH_SO*) in Customizing. If one remains unedited, the function with pushbuttons is not available.

HI Marco,

Juan mentioned the correct value above. I feel you are not running with the system, which have completely setup.

Last time also you raised a question related to work area status profiles.

both of these questions related to SAP standard settings. these settings must be available as a standard.

Can you please check your Basis system administration team, if they have missed any while setup.

or else, you will face these kind of issues very frequent.

I will check this type of error and the modules installed with my system administrator team, I suppose there is the better way to go on.
