When sending an external Outlook email from workflow via a standard email send step, the message goes to the proper recipient with both subject and message lines appearing on the Outlook email. So far, so good. The problem is this: The message line in the workflow builder (PFTC) email task "wraps" at 80 characters. This wouldn't be a problem except that the builder also inserts a carriage return at the end of the wrapped line so that when it is received by Outlook, the line will wrap at exactly the same place. This prevents sending an extended web link in the message since, even though the entire link is printed in Outlook, the carriage return blocks all but the first 80 characters from being considered (underlined) in the link. I've tried deleting the cr in the builder (as you would in Word), but the builder just inserts it again after the "save". Suggestions?
