Communication channel not found in Component monitoring.

Hi Guys ,

I have one strange issue in sap pi.

its a IDOC 2 File scenario.as of now i am testing in Quality system.Before Patching Quality system working fine.but after patching i check that interface not working.i try to analyse the issue.i check the communication channel particular interfae but i am getting '0' Communication channels.this interface working fine DEV & PRODUCTION.i try to check some interfaces communication channels it will be showing in componet monitoring.

Component Monitoring --->Adapter engine----->Communication channel.

i am getting problem as mention above around 7 interfaces.remaining interfaces working fine.

i dont know why this problem is occured.can you please help me on this issue.....
