Not able to task list under new Maintenance project

After upgrade solution manager 7.1 we are not able to create a taks

list under new Maintenance Project.

We have created new Maintenance Project and activated Change Request

Managent. After that when we click on crate task list the below error

message is coming and taks list creation failed.

SAP Solution Manager and Change Request Management are not consistent.

We could not able to proceed further.

Steps for Reconstruction

1. Goto tx SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN

2. Select Project ZN_ECC_SEC

3. Goto system landscape tab

4. Goto Change Management

5. create task list

Hello Sreeram,

Check whether Project is consistent or not. If not then make it consistent first.
also please check if you have created IMG project or not. IMG project should be created first.

If IMG project is created and Project is also consistent then check whether you have active Change Request management or not. In Change management tab only you will get option.

Please check and let me know of you still face an issue.

Hi Sreeeram,

Check the RFC connections from solman to backend, make sure that all RFC’s are in green.
