Error in the phase while installing database software

Hello All,

I have installed SAP NW 7.02, due to some issues I uninstalled existing SAP system and trying to install again. But I'm facing below error, kindly have a look and please guide me to get out of this issue.

FCO-00011 The step InstallDB2Software with step key

I have deleted entries in registry too but still facing the issue.

OS: Windows 2008 R2

DB: DB2

PFA for log files. Kindly help me.
