This is a problem for one of our users using Citrix.  I have reproduced this, and I can fix it by logging in with a local GUI.  I haven't been able to fix it from within the Citrix session.

This issue occurs when logging to SAP using CITRIX application. Choose your Citrix icon, select options, double click on session options, choose window size as anything but default and when you launch SCM, you should be able to re-size the window and then you can re-set Citrix settings.

OR

Login through local GUI on laptop and that should allow you to re-size.

Hi Santosh,

Please check user authorizations and also as you already mentioned other users are able to do this, try doing the same yourself.

Hi Sourabh,

Thanks for your Help. I have tried to increase the width by drag and drop myself with my user id it works fine.  Also compared roles of user with other users for which this works fine. There is no difference in roles assigned. Also SU53 doesnot show any problem with authorization.

Any further things I should look for?

Santosh

Hi Santosh,

If there is no issue with authorizations then you can check user specific planning book settings, what all is been maintained there.

Also try checking SAP logon pad settings for the specific user.
