"Docs created" status in PRRW - Travel

Hi,

For last few days my batch job for PRRW is getting failed. Posting run is showing the status as "Docs created"

I have refered SAP note which mentions that 'Docs created' is set in program RPRFIN00_40 if at least one of the selected trips has successfully been included in the posting run.

I am still not clear about the stastement. How to avoid such error  in future ?

Well this depends on what the error actually is caused by. From what you tell, the posting run is giving the message "docs created" even if not all trips are posted successfully. So first of all, you should analyze why exactly some trips fail.

Can you please share the number of the SAP note you refered to concerning this message behaviour?

If PRFI is successful, it will create documents. If you see in PRRW the documents will be status
"Docs Created". When select that document and execute PRRW, it will post the documents. So if documents were posted successfully, you will get an message documents posted successfully. However if documents could not get posted due to some reason, you will get a message why documents failed to post. In your case what is the error message you are facing?.

I was referring SAP note 170334 . If my posting run is having few trips with warning messages, will it be a reason for tht posting run giving Docs created status ?

hi sami,

I have tried to post it through PRRW and it is getting successfully posted.

But As a part of  batch job, i want to avoid its recurrence in future.

I am not getting clue why this job is not getting completed and stuck with the status "docs created"

Is there some another for this kind of issue ?
